As with any holiday destination, the price you pay largely depends on the time of year and length of time you wish to stay. As we are the owners of the accommodation there are no middlemen or administration fee's, which enables us to keep our prices at a minimum, passing the savings to our guests. The competitive prices you see on the screen are the prices you pay with no hidden extras.

 

We offer seven nights from Saturday to Saturday with prices starting from only £325 for 4 people, that's less than £11.60 per person per night which includes facility/entertainment passes, Free WiFi, utilities and linen. With a low deposit of only £100 you can book your well deserved break and look forward your stay on the picturesque Isle of Wight.

 

We offer an early check-in time of 3.30pm and late departure time of 10.30am to enable you to make the most of your holiday time.
